Policies
Cancellation and weather policy
- Cancel at least 1 day before delivery for a full refund of your deposit or payment.
- Cancellations are allowed for any reason, including weather.
- If you cancel while the driver is setting up, a $50 late cancellation fee applies.
Damage responsibility
- You are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
- You are responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse, including sharp objects, food or drinks inside the unit, chemicals, fire, or failing to follow wind and safety instructions.
Contract and safety rules
A copy of the contract and safety rules is provided with every rental. You will sign or initial the safety rules to confirm you will supervise as the responsible operator.
Insurance and certificates of insurance
We are fully insured and can provide proof of insurance for schools, venues, and park districts. If a venue requires a certificate of insurance, email us the requirements. A certificate fee may apply.
Delivery and service area
Does the price include delivery and setup?
Setup is included. Delivery fees may apply depending on your location. Any fees are shown during checkout.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Chicagoland and nearby suburbs. If you do not see your city during checkout, contact us and we will confirm availability.
How early do you arrive?
We typically arrive 15 minutes to 2 hours before your rental time to ensure proper setup. You will receive delivery details by text or call, plus an email confirmation once your order is booked.
What time do you pick up?
Pickup times vary based on the route. The driver will notify you of the estimated pickup window.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Same day delivery may be available depending on inventory and scheduling. Contact us early to check availability. Additional fees may apply.
Setup requirements
What is required for setup?
- A flat, clean surface such as grass, concrete, or asphalt. Slightly uneven ground may be acceptable.
- One standard 110V outlet within about 80 feet, or a generator for locations without power.
- Clearance: at least 5 feet around the unit and at least 1 additional foot of height clearance.
What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?
Grass is preferred, but we can also set up on concrete, asphalt, turf, or indoors if space allows. If you are unsure, send us a photo and we will help confirm.
Can you set up on a driveway?
Yes. We can set up on pavement or concrete using secure sandbags when grass is not available. When possible, we may set up near grass for staking.
Do you deliver to parks and do parks require permits?
We deliver to many parks. Customers are responsible for confirming park rules and permits and for securing power access when required. Some parks do require permits.
Are extension cords included?
Yes. We provide heavy duty cords rated for inflatable blowers and confirm safe electrical setup during delivery.
Do you provide generators?
Yes. Generators are available for locations without electrical outlets. A generator fee may apply.
Rentals, pricing, and booking
How much does it cost to rent a bounce house?
Most bounce house rentals range from about $180 to $450 depending on size, theme, and rental duration.
How long do rentals last?
Standard rentals are commonly 4 to 8 hours depending on the item. Extended time may be available for an additional fee.
How does payment work?
- A deposit reserves your unit.
- The balance is due by delivery or by the method selected during checkout.
- We accept major cards, debit, cash, checks, and supported online payment options. Photo ID may be requested.
Can I book online and how do I confirm my reservation?
Yes. You can reserve online 24/7. You will receive an email confirmation after completing your booking. If you do not receive confirmation, contact us.
How early should I book?
We recommend booking 1 to 3 weeks in advance for peak weekends. Last minute rentals may be available when inventory allows.
Can I keep my rental overnight?
Overnight rentals may be available depending on the item and weather conditions. An additional fee applies.
Can I check availability online?
Yes. The booking system shows real time availability for your date.
Products and use
How big are the inflatables?
Sizes vary by unit, from standard 15x15 bounce houses to larger combos and slides. Each listing includes exact dimensions and setup requirements.
How clean is the equipment?
All inflatables and rental items are cleaned and sanitized before and after each event.
What age groups can use the inflatables?
Units can support toddlers through adults depending on the product. For safety, do not mix widely different ages on the same inflatable.
Can adults use bounce houses?
Yes. Select commercial units are designed for teens and adults. Check the listing for capacity and recommendations.
How many kids can use a bounce house at once?
Capacity depends on the unit and the ages of the participants. Many standard units support about 6 to 10 children at a time. Refer to the listing and follow safety guidelines.
Can we move the inflatable after setup?
No. For safety, inflatables must remain in the original setup location once secured.
Can water slides be used dry?
Yes. Many water slides can be used dry during cooler weather. Check the product listing for guidance.
Do you provide water hoses for water slides?
Customers provide a water hose that reaches the setup area.
Do you rent tables, tents, and chairs?
Yes. We offer tents, tables, and chairs for birthdays, graduations, church events, and company gatherings.

Do you rent for school events and fundraisers?
Yes. We provide inflatables for school field days, fun fairs, fundraisers, and end of year events.
Do you provide rentals for churches and community events?
Yes. We frequently provide inflatables for church festivals, youth events, and community gatherings.
Do you rent for corporate events?
Yes. Corporate events often book obstacle courses, large slides, and interactive inflatables.
Do you deliver to venues like hotels or banquet halls?
Yes. We deliver to many venues, including hotels, banquet halls, gyms, and event centers. Confirm ceiling height and setup space for indoor rentals.
Do you deliver to HOA communities?
Yes. Customers are responsible for confirming HOA restrictions, if any.
