We do not set up bounce houses on rocks, dirt, sand, or gravel and don't deliver near or by the beach. Please note the minimum Area setup requirements for length, width, and height. Allow 5 feet extra to the size AND the width and 1 foot to the height setup. All units must be secured.
It would be best if you cleared areas of rocks, branches, pet waste, or any sharp objects (before delivery of equipment). Keep all items away from powerlines, tree branches, overhead obstructions, fences, bushes, etc. If you have a concern, please call us immediately.
If you are at a park or forest preserve location, you will need a permit, a certificate of insurance, or a generator, which can be added to your rental. Please view our "Other Misc." to order. You must acquire any necessary permits if your event is not in your backyard or property. It must be at ground level within 100 feet of the curbside for delivered items.
